This track is addressed to:

• In-service teachers of English at secondary schools, Official Language Schools, and other private institutions.
• University teachers whose interests include teaching English language and literature.

This track is aimed at:

• In-service primary or secondary school teachers of English, particularly those involved in bilingual education
• In-service teachers who teach subjects in English
• University degree holders with a good knowledge of English and an interest in bilingual education.
