Teresa Hernández González
Dr. Teresa Hernández González is a faculty member in the Department of Education at Concordia University, in Montreal, Canada. With over 20 years of experience in teacher education, Dr. Hernández González worked as a teacher trainer and consultant for the English/Spanish British Council-Ministry of Education Bilingual Program and currently serves as the Program Director for the Teaching English as a Second Language degrees at Concordia University.
Her areas of expertise include second language pedagogy, language classroom interaction, language learning strategies with young learners, learning-oriented assessment, gamification of teaching and learning, as well as teacher education and teacher mentoring.
