Ana Andúgar Soto

Dr. Ana Andúgar Soto is Senior Lecturer and researcher at the Pre-primary and Primary Education degrees at the University of Alicante. She holds a PhD in Teaching Foreign Languages in Early Childhood Education from the Catholic University of Murcia, co-directed by the University of Granada. In terms of research, she has publications indexed in JCR journals and prestigious publishers in the area of early multilingualism. Her field of research focuses on early language learning, especially foreign languages at the Early Childhood Education stage. She is currently participating as a researcher in the R+D+i LEyLA Project «Design of a teaching profile for Early Childhood Education from a multilingual approach: learning foreign languages and additional languages in childhood», funded by the Spanish Ministry of Science. She is a member of the Executive Committee of ELLMEnet, an international research network on early language learning and multilingual education.
